I played 9 years with the Jr. Flyers. In my career with the Jr. Flyers, I have earned 1 silver medal and 2 bronze medals at USA Hockey Nationals. The Jr. Flyers have provided me with the components necessary to grow as a person and a player. The highly demanding season, consisting of 3 practices per week and a 65-75-game schedule, forces me to learn how to take care of my body off the ice. Playing for the Jr. Flyers taught me leadership, work ethic, and teamwork. I felt that my loyalty to the program was important in helping me develop into the leader and person I am today.
